Refund and Returns Policy
Exchange Policy for Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received a product with a manufacturer defect or a product that was damaged during shipping, we are here to help! You may exchange the defective or damaged item for the same product without incurring any additional costs.
Exchange Procedures:
1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the exchange process.
2. Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage and include photographic evidence.
3. Upon validation of the defect or damage, we will issue an approval for the exchange.
4. Return the defective or damaged item to us in the original packaging.
5. Upon receipt of the item, we will dispatch a replacement product.
No Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds. We provide high-quality products and we package them with care to withstand the shipping process. Exchanges are only available for items with manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping.
Authorization Requirement for Other Exchanges or Returns
Exchanges or returns for reasons other than manufacturer defects or shipping damage are at the sole discretion of H and H Group Inc. and must be expressly authorized by a company representative prior to returning an item. Without such prior authorization, other exchanges or returns will not be accepted.
Customer’s Responsibility for Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for any returns, changes, or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturer defects or items damaged during shipping, where H and H Group will cover the shipping costs.
Return Shipping Process:
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from a company representative.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Include the RMA and proof of purchase in the package.
4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by the representative.
Policy Amendments
H and H Group Inc. and the Taleau brand reserves the right to update or modify this returns policy at any time without prior notice. Your use of our products following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the policy as modified.
